Order of the day

  • 12:30pm - 1:00pm: Guests arrive
  • 1:30pm: Ceremony starts
  • 2:00pm: Drinks Reception & canapés
  • 3:30pm: Wedding Breakfast
  • 7:00pm - 12:30am: Evening Reception & Buffet

Dress Code

The wedding dress code is formal attire.
Please can women wear a formal dress of any length, a trouser suit or dressy separates.
Please can men wear a suit and tie.

Wedding Gifts

While your presence at our special day is more than enough of a gift, if you do wish to give us something extra special, we would really appreciate money towards our honeymoon. We plan to make it a once in a lifetime trip with unforgettable memories.
Please contribute by dropping cash/cheque in our secure card box on the day, or via our paypal here.

FAQs

  • Is there parking on site? - Yes, there is free parking
  • Is there accomodation? - You may book from our exclusive block of rooms at the wedding venue by calling 01329 833543 and quoting FOST100526
  • When should be book the room by? - The reserved block of rooms expires 8 weeks before the wedding
  • Do I need to pay up front when I book the room? - From other people booking we have been told that you pay for the room on the day of the wedding
  • Is the ceremony and reception at the same venue? - Yes, the entire day will be at New Place Hotel

  • How do we RSVP? - Please email Luke on the email address found on your invitation
  • When do we need to RSVP by? - Please RSVP by 01/03/2026 at the latest
  • When do I tell you about dietary requirements? - Please include this in your RSVP, or if you have already sent your RSVP, send Luke another email with your dietary requirements
  • What about children and plus ones? - Unless specified, only the people listed on the invitation envelope are invited
  • Can we bring pets? - We kindly request no pets at the wedding

  • What if we have any other questions/concerns? - Please contact us via the email address on your invitation or by other means
  • Can we take video/photos during the ceremony? - No, our photographer will handle this, please do not have your phone out during the ceremony
